Job Description : Python Developer

We are seeking a passionate and talented Python Developer to join our growing team in an entry-level / fresher capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, working across diverse projects that leverage Python's rich ecosystem (including frameworks like Django, Flask, and FastAPI).

As a Python Developer at Associative, you will contribute to the development of robust back-end systems, custom software, and cutting-edge projects in areas like Machine Learning / AI (using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and Blockchain / Web3.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience : Fresher

Education : Any Graduate

Must Have : Own laptop for work (essential requirement for the role)

Languages : Must be proficient in Hindi, English, and Marathi for effective internal and client-facing communication.

What We Offer

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent

Work Location : Onsite at our Pune office (This is not a remote position)

Office Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM, Monday to Saturday
