Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Hire-to-Retire cycle and strong hands-on experience in Time & Labour.

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Location : Hyd | Blore | Pune | Gurgaon | Trivandrum

Requirements :

• 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire-to-retire lifecycle
• At least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations (minimum 2 on HCM Cloud)
• Strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labour along with Core HR
• In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud processes and data flow
• Proven client-facing experience : workshops, design, configuration, testing & go-live
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills
• Leadership in planning, work allocation, mentoring, and project status reporting
• Ability to assess / resolve complex functional issues and interact with clients regularly
• Open to domestic & international travel (short / long term)
