Responsibilities (What you will actually do):
Outbound Prospecting: Take 100% ownership of the sales funnel. This is a "hunting" role—you will be cold-outreaching, networking, and lead-generating.
High-Stakes Pitching: Present our capabilities in Motion Design, Animation, and Video Production to decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Managers, Founders).
Strategic Closures: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and final closure.
Revenue Ownership: Own a monthly/quarterly revenue target. We are looking for someone who views a target as a baseline, not a ceiling.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of brand marketing trends to position our creative services as a "must-have" for high-impact campaigns.
Requirements
6+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Specifically within a Creative Agency, Production House, or specialized Design Studio.
The "Closer" DNA: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (be prepared to share your numbers).
Industry Knowledge: You must understand the ROI of video content and motion graphics and be able to explain it to a brand.
Relationship Network: An existing network of marketing professionals/CMOs is a massive advantage.
