Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Kronos Developer with strong expertise in Workforce Central (WFC) configuration and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and maintaining Kronos WFC applications, resolving issues, and supporting business teams in optimizing workforce management Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize Kronos WFC modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave, Accruals).
- Troubleshoot WFC application issues including pay rules, work rules, and interfaces.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve system errors in timely manner.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize WFC integrations with HR, Payroll, and ERP systems.
- Create and update documentation for WFC configurations and workflows.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with organizational Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 36 years of hands-on experience in Kronos Workforce Central (v7 / v8).
- Expertise in configuring pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in WFC environment.
- Experience in Kronos integrations (Workforce Integration Manager WIM, APIs, Interfaces).
- Solid understanding of SQL for queries, reports, and data validation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication :
- Experience with UKG Dimensions or migration projects from WFC to Dimensions.
- Knowledge of Kronos Advanced Scheduler, Attendance, and Forecasting modules.
- Familiarity with payroll systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday).
- Exposure to Cloud / Hosted Kronos environments.
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
