In this role, you'll help turn Basware's collective experience into clear, reliable knowledge that empowers teams and partners across the world. From translating complex topics into easy-to-understand guides, to shaping how we capture and share best practices, you'll be the catalyst behind a stronger, smarter knowledge culture at Basware.
You'll work closely with subject matter experts across Sales, Product, Services, and Support, as well as enablement and training leads, to ensure the right people have access to the right knowledge at the right time — whether they're a new hire, a seasoned consultant, or a delivery partner preparing to implement our latest SaaS capabilities.
