Your Role

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Lakeside SysTrack across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, EUC, and ITSM teams to ensure seamless integration with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and SCCM.
• Customize sensors, alarms, and dashboards to monitor system health and user experience.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell) for deployment and reporting.
• Support compliance audits, software asset management, and performance tuning.
• Provide SME-level support during implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Train internal teams and stakeholders on SysTrack usage and best practices.
