We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands eCommerce inside out — from acquisition cost to customer lifetime value — and knows how to use paid media to drive profitable growth.
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketer, you will manage, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for multiple eCommerce brands.
You’ll work directly with the strategy and creative teams to ensure every campaign delivers ROI-focused performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale Meta and Google Ad campaigns for eCommerce clients.
- Strategize full-funnel ad structures — from prospecting to remarketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for profitable ROAS and lower CAC.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.
- Track and report key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Coordinate with design and copy teams to ensure ad creatives align with strategy.
- Research new audiences, trends, and ad opportunities to stay ahead of competition.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently while maximizing revenue output.
- Leverage tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and other analytics dashboards.
Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing for eCommerce brands or D2C agencies.Proven record of achieving 5x+ ROAS and reducing acquisition costs.Strong understanding of full-funnel eCommerce marketing and conversion optimization.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).Experience with Shopify, pixel setup, and event tracking.Analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.Ability to handle multiple brands and optimize across verticals.Perks
