Job descriptionTrack project performance using measurable indicators (progress %, earned value, etc.). Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports , dashboards, and presentations. Highlight deviations from baseline schedules and suggest corrective actions. For Junior level : Assist in data collection, update daily progress sheets, and support report preparation. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site teams to align resource allocation with project schedules. For Senior level : Conduct resource leveling and cost loading in Primavera; forecast manpower, equipment, and material requirements. Participate in project review meetings and client coordination for progress updates. Ensure effective communication between planning, site execution, and management teams. Support documentation and record-keeping related to project milestones. Identify potential risks affecting timelines and prepare delay analysis or extension of time (EoT) documentation. For Senior level : Conduct forensic schedule analysis and support claims preparation. Education : B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil / Construction / Project Management or related field. Experience : 3 - 8 years of experience in project planning and coordination. preferably in residential / commercial real estate. Proficiency in Primavera P6 , MS Project , and Excel (advanced) . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of construction sequencing , BOQ , and cost control . Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects (for Senior level).

To support and lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities ensuring timely project execution, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project .
- Develop baseline schedules , monitor project progress, and update timelines regularly.
- Identify critical paths , potential delays, and propose mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors for schedule inputs and progress updates.
- For Senior level : Lead planning discussions, establish work breakdown structures (WBS), and integrate multi-discipline schedules.
