Campus Hiring & Fresher Drive Support :
Plan and manage Fresher Drives, working closely with colleges and universities to attract top student talent.Partner with institutions to gather student details and promote early career opportunities.Support all stages of the campus hiring processfrom assessments to interview scheduling and logistics.Monitor and report on event outcomes, including candidate pipelines and hiring progress.HR Administrative Support :
Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks and employee-facing activities.Help organize onboarding sessions, new hire orientations, and internal HR events.Ensure processes are in line with company policies and recruitment best practicesSkills Required
