Were looking for an experienced Sr. Manager Finance Transformation to join our Finance Transformation team. Reporting to the Director Finance Process Optimization & Transformation youll be responsible for :

• Designing documenting and implementing consistent end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) and Record to Report (R2R) processes (secondary) across all regions and subsidiaries
• Leading transformation initiatives by identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities and process improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional global teams (Source to Pay Record to Report Quote to Cash IT etc.) to drive the finance transformation roadmap
• Leveraging RPA workflow automation and AI technologies to streamline finance processes and enhance operational efficiencies
• Ensuring compliance by mapping controls to processes identifying risks and supporting audit preparations with necessary documentation and walkthroughs
