We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our Tubes Division , with a strong focus on the ERW Tubes industry . This role demands strategic oversight of both domestic and international markets , and is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for driving growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow sales & marketing operations for the Tubes Division across India and global markets
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Lead pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning initiatives
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is essential
12 to 15 years of experience in sales & marketing, specifically in the ERW tubes industry
Strong understanding of both domestic and international market dynamics
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Willingness to travel for business development and client engagement
