Job Description for IT Recruiter role(0-1 Years of exp)
Responsibilities :
- Understanding the resource requirement.
- Sourcing profiles using internal databases, Internet web sites, job postings, Referrals and Networking.
- Resume filtering.
- Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate's technical abilities, professionalism and communication
skills.
Maintaining the DatabaseScreen CV (candidate sourcing, talk to each candidate before sending their CV’s to client, ensure brief them aboutthe client, requirements, opportunity, screening, pre-qualifying, negotiating salary,) Check candidate interest.
Scheduling interviews with technical panel of company with regard to scheduling of telephonic and face-to-faceinterview.
Obtaining feedback on Candidates from panel. Communications with the candidate till the offer stage and follow-ups till the candidates join the company.
Recruiting on almost all spheres of IT skills for Junior,Middle & Senior Management levelGood at communication skills and a self-sufficient team player having ability to communicate across cultures andamong people at different levels in organisation.
