THE ROLE
We're looking for an all-rounded communications professional with a creative spark and a passion for building culture from the inside out. As part of the GBS Communications team, you will ideate, design, and execute compelling internal campaigns that engage employees, embed purpose, and strengthen connection across the CMA CGM ecosystem.

PURPOSE
To inspire connection, culture, and clarity across CMA CGM's Global Business Services by crafting impactful internal communications that resonate with employees. This role champions creativity and collaboration—bringing stories to life through compelling campaigns, visual design, and multimedia messaging. As the communications anchor in Mumbai, the position strengthens local engagement while aligning global purpose with everyday experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft Campaigns That Matter : Drive internal communications campaigns end-to-end — from ideation to design, execution, and post-campaign measurement.
- Design with Impact : Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools, like Corel Draw, Illustrator (Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus)
- Communication In Motion : Build organizational messaging in the form of videos, in the most creative way possible.
- Be the On-Ground Voice in Mumbai : Support local leadership with communications touchpoints, employee events, and activation campaigns.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging.
IDEAL PROFILE
Experience : 3–4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytellingDesign Acumen : Hands-on with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) is a must.
