• ???? About the Role :

As Head of Source to Pay & Spend Analytics , you'll :

• Lead end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) delivery operations globally
• Build and execute best-in-class spend analytics frameworks to power procurement decisions
• Drive process excellence, automation, and compliance across regions
• Work closely with clients, delivery heads, and transformation teams to optimize sourcing and vendor strategies
• ???? Must-Have Experience :

✅ 15+ years in Sourcing, Procurement Operations , and Vendor Management

✅ Proven success in managing Source to Pay (S2P) delivery across geographies

✅ Hands-on expertise in Spend Analytics – dashboards, cost analysis, supplier insights

✅ Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and procurement platforms (Coupa, Ariba, etc.)

✅ Strong team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and transformation program management

• ???? Nice to Have :
• Exposure to Shared Services, GBS, or BPO delivery models
• Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SpendHQ, or Sievo
• Deep understanding of S&OP, P2P cycles , and sourcing optimization
• ???? What You&aposll Lead :
• Multi-region delivery teams under the SCM / S2P umbrella
• Strategic client initiatives, spend visibility programs, and process control
• Digital procurement & analytics transformation roadmap
