About the Program

The Engineering Talent Program is a premier internship designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders at the intersection of technology, politics, and public policy. We are seeking bright, motivated engineering students who are passionate about applying their technical skills to solve real-world political and social challenges.

As an intern, you will join our Technical Transformation Team and support key functions, including Campaigns, Political Intelligence, and Research. This is not just an internship; it's a rigorous training ground and a direct pipeline to a full-time career in political consulting.

What You'll Do

• Engage in a comprehensive 2-month training program designed to bridge the gap between engineering and politics.
• Technical Track: Participate in intensive workshops on advanced Python, JavaScript, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and operational security best practices.
• Political Track: Attend seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.
• Analyse relevant public datasets (e.g., election data, legislative records) to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
• Develop a Capstone Project, such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations.
• Collaborate with and shadow full-time team members, contributing directly to ongoing, high-impact projects.

Who You Are

• You are currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer, Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; or you are a recent graduate.
• You have a strong, demonstrable interest in Indian politics and public policy.
• You possess foundational technical knowledge and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• You are an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• You are a proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
