Human Resources Administrator

Location : Pune (Cult91 Office / Store Support)

Reports To : Founder Office

Role Summary :

Cult91 is looking for a dependable and proactive Admin & HR Executive to manage day-to-day operations, team coordination, and administrative functions.

The role is central to maintaining discipline, efficiency, and communication across departments while supporting the Founder’s office in smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities : Human Resource Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave tracking , and monthly payroll coordination .
• Handle recruitment and onboarding – posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and completing joining formalities.
• Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and exit documentation .
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports .
• Assist in performance tracking, appraisal documentation, and compliance .
• Organize team activities, meetings, and engagement initiatives .
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
