Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continental Sous Chef, based in Bhopal. The Continental Sous Chef will assist in preparing and cooking a wide range of continental dishes, maintaining high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, supervising junior staff, adhering to safety and hygiene standards, menu planning, and ensuring quality control. The Sous Chef will report to the area Chef manager.

Qualifications

• Expertise in continental cuisine, food preparation techniques, and plating presentation
• Experience in supervising kitchen operations and managing staff
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices
• Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
