Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering , or a related technical discipline.

Relevant certifications preferred :

CCNA / CCNP (Cisco Certified)

F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA)

Network+ or equivalent certification

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills :

Strong hands-on experience with

F5-LTM

(Local Traffic Manager) — configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Expertise in

firewall configuration and management

(Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, or similar).

Proven experience in

VPN tunnel setup, validation, and troubleshooting

for secure connectivity.

Proficiency in

Blue Yonder cloud network environment

setup, monitoring, and support.

Familiarity with

Cloudflare WAF (Web Application Firewall)

— configuration and optimization.

Strong understanding of

network protocols

(TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP / S, SSL / TLS, BGP, OSPF).

Experience with

URL provisioning, routing, and validation

for application and network traffic.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced cloud infrastructure environment.

Ownership mindset with a focus on

timely and effective task completion .

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years

of professional experience in

network engineering, cloud networking, or infrastructure operations .

Prior experience in

F5 load balancing, firewall security, and VPN configuration

within

cloud or hybrid environments

(Azure, AWS, or GCP) is highly preferred.

Experience working with

Blue Yonder or similar enterprise cloud platforms

is a strong plus.
