- Create compelling digital content that simplifies complex, technical information into clear, engaging, and value-driven narratives.
- Research and produce high-quality TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, reports, social posts, and website copy to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the Content Lead to develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with brand messaging and business goals.
- Partner with the SEO team to create and optimize keyword-rich content that ranks well and attracts qualified traffic.
- Edit, update, and repurpose existing content to improve SEO performance and content lifespan.
- Proofread and review all content for accuracy, consistency, and readability, ensuring adherence to brand tone and style guidelines.
- Work closely with the Design team to create visually engaging content assets such as infographics, social creatives, and report layouts.
- Regularly review and analyze content performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved conversions.
- Support social media initiatives by contributing to and maintaining an updated content calendar with timely, platform-relevant posts.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and emerging content formats to continuously enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Focus on delivering highly converting, insight-led content that strengthens brand authority and drives measurable business A bachelors degree in or related field
- 3 to 4 years of content writing experience with at least 2 years of experience writing for a global B2B SaaS audience
- Proven work experience creating and editing long form technical and marketing content for target audiences across all platforms
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver project deliverables according to deadlines
- Retail tech experience is a very big plus!
- A self-starter with high personal standards creative, detail-oriented, and driven by measurable impact.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and intellectual curiosity (IQ) able to understand both brand voice and audience needs.
- Excellent command of US English with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
