Job Role
- Responsible for achievement of CASA, TPP and X-Sell Value Budgets for ABG
- Demonstrate marked improvement in RM unit productivity and AMB contribution
- Ensure achievement of CASA hygiene benchmarks of accounts sourced by Agri RMs / Liability RMs tagged to ABG
- Achieve benchmark penetration of x-sell product into the asset portfolio of ABG
- Create suitable enablers for the sourcing channel for them to source better quality CASA A / cs
- Drive joint calls, closures and upgrades of relevant ABG relationships into Private Banking and Priority Banking
- Create relevant and geo-specific sales strategies that can enable frontline teams to source CASA and X-Sell business from existing ABG relationships
- Conceive, launch and execute contests to drive above key objectives to fulfillment
Job Requirements
CA / MBA with strong analytical skills8-10 years of frontline sales experience in retail / wholesale bankingProactive and should be quick to grasp dynamics of Liability and X-Sell businessStrong oral and written communication skillsShould be able to work independently with minimal supervisionShould demonstrate strong management skills to work along with cross-vertical Seniors and get objectives metAbility to multi task and independently execute tasksAbility to analyze and remediate business issues within expected TATaddition to the job requirements mentioned below, we need candidates who are currently :
In a sales leadership position managing a team size of 10 or more direct reportees ORWorking at a Sales Leadership role (like Cluster Heads) in Retail Branch Banking, with exposure in working in multiple geographies ORManaging a large branch with a liability book size of = Rs.500 Crs â€' Rs.1000 Crs, in leading Pvt Sector banks with sufficient exposure to sales, operations, ORWorking in a Centralized role / Product role, with experience in P&L responsibility, and working alongside key leadership to achieve shared goals etc.We would not be considering candidates who are currently working in RM roles at branches / product verticals in banks OR Branch Heads in smaller branches of banks
