Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our remote sales team. This is a commission-only role ideal for individuals with strong persuasion skills and the drive to achieve high earnings through performance. You will be responsible for selling Uptrail’s high-value tech training and certification programmes to UK-based students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to UK-based leads provided by the company.
  • Professionally present Uptrail’s tech training and certification programmes.
  • Understand candidate needs and match them with the right training solutions.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and progress updates using company CRM software.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly conversion targets.
  • Take ownership of performance, manage time effectively, and report results regularly.
  • Utilise company-provided tools, including a VOIP calling system, CRM platform, and company email to streamline your daily sales workflow.
  • Participate in regular sales training sessions and mentoring calls to continuously improve sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Laptop or desktop computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to work on a commission-only compensation structure.
  • Availability to work UK hours (9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM GMT).
  • Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer outreach.
  • Background in EdTech, education counselling or high-ticket sales is an advantage.
  • Compensation and Support

  • Commission-only role with high earning potential based on performance.
  • Transparent commission structure with performance-based bonuses.
  • Full onboarding, sales training, and product support provided.
  • Access to company communication tools and CRM system to manage leads efficiently.
  • Work Details

  • Location : Fully Remote
  • Work Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM GMT
  • Work Days : Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays
