Role Objective :
To support the PMS Lead in managing performance data across different divisions by delivering accurate analytics, engaging with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.
️ Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, clean, and analyse performance data to generate actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of PMS metrics across divisions
- Assist in refining performance frameworks, KPIs, and review mechanisms
- Support change management and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies :
1–3 years of experience in data analytics, HR analytics, or performance managementProficiency in Excel, Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau, and data visualization tools will be additional advantage.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple divisionsQuick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetInterested Candidate can share their profiles on dharmishta.koshti@astralltd.com
