Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor Intern located in Noida. The role involves guiding and counseling students on educational programs, assessing their individual needs, and providing informed advice on career paths and academic opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with program selection, and maintaining clear communication to ensure student satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students and stakeholders
• Knowledge in Career Counseling and Education-related guidance
• Empathy and active listening abilities to address student concerns effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage student records
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience in the education sector or similar roles is an advantage
