We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Partner or Partner , contributing to the firm’s growth and enhancing its service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory and Compliance :
- Provide advisory services on corporate laws, governance, and compliance to clients.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.
- Guide clients on complex matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
- Secretarial Practice Management :
- Oversee board meetings, general meetings, and other corporate secretarial activities.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, resolutions, and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence, secretarial audits, and regulatory filings.
- Team Leadership and Development :
- Mentor and lead a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and professional development.
- Business Development :
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, including expanding service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Represent the firm at industry forums, seminars, and networking events.
- Risk Management and Compliance :
- Ensure adherence to the firm’s quality standards and ethical practices.
- Monitor changes in regulations and provide timely updates to clients.
Key Skills and Competencies
In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, governance, and secretarial practices.Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency.Strategic thinking with a focus on business growth and development.Eligibility Criteria
Qualification : Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).Experience : Minimum 7 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in a PCS firm / Previously worked in a PCS firmDemonstrated ability to independently manage clients and lead a team.What We Offer
