Job descriptionPurpose of Position To validate structural / civil design deliverables for feasibility, safety, and economy, ensuring seamless construction execution. Major Responsibilities Review contractor’s civil and structural drawings. Check compliance with BIS codes and APCRDA guidelines. Coordinate clash analysis with architectural and MEP designs. Recommend value engineering and cost optimization. Approve GFC drawings before execution. Provide site-level guidance for technical clarifications. Qualification and Experience Graduate of Civil Engineering, masters preferably in Structural engineering with 15 years of experience in designing Residential / Commercial / institutional. Skills & Qualities : Mastery in structural engineering. Strong review and checking skills. Attention to detail and safety awareness. Coordination across disciplines.Excellent interpersonal skills Should have good leadership abilities and skills. Should be able to manage a team under him. Should have a pleasing personality Good communication skills.
