Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Day-to-Day Operations Management : Oversee all daily operations of the cafe, ensuring efficient service and smooth functioning.
  • Staffing & Crew Management : Screen, hire, and onboard new crew members, ensuring they are trained in proper cafe operations.
  • Employee Training : Provide comprehensive training to employees on the preparation of menu items, ensuring adherence to established SOPs for consistent product quality.
  • Shift Management : Maintain updated shift-wise records of daily operations, including staff attendance and operational reports.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and high product quality.
  • Inventory & Stock Management : Track inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure necessary stock for day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Oversight : Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure the cafe meets financial goals.
  • Compliance : Ensure that the cafe complies with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Any Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in a cafe or restaurant management role.
  • Experience in managing day-to-day operations of a food establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and guide staff in product preparation and customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of inventory and financial management in the foodservice industry.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
