Key Responsibilities :
- Day-to-Day Operations Management : Oversee all daily operations of the cafe, ensuring efficient service and smooth functioning.
- Staffing & Crew Management : Screen, hire, and onboard new crew members, ensuring they are trained in proper cafe operations.
- Employee Training : Provide comprehensive training to employees on the preparation of menu items, ensuring adherence to established SOPs for consistent product quality.
- Shift Management : Maintain updated shift-wise records of daily operations, including staff attendance and operational reports.
- Customer Service Excellence : Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and high product quality.
- Inventory & Stock Management : Track inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure necessary stock for day-to-day operations.
- Financial Oversight : Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure the cafe meets financial goals.
- Compliance : Ensure that the cafe complies with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills :
Any Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in a cafe or restaurant management role.Experience in managing day-to-day operations of a food establishment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to train and guide staff in product preparation and customer service.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Understanding of inventory and financial management in the foodservice industry.A passion for delivering excellent customer service.Skills Required
