D365 CRM Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Perform fitment analysis of customer requirements against Dynamics 365 capabilities
• Create and consume JSON and integrate using Web API / WCF services
• Customize and extend Dynamics CRM through plugins, workflows, and JavaScript
• Configure CRM entities, business rules, and process flows as per business needs
• Manage Dynamics CRM solutions including packaging and deployment
• Ensure adherence to the Dynamics CRM security model for roles and access levels
• Optimize application performance and apply best practices in Dynamics 365 implementations
• Work with .NET Framework 4.7.1 or above, specifically on backend integration
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
