Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork & Freelancer Bidding Expert to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across Upwork, Freelancer , or any other bidding platforms writing persuasive proposals, managing bid pipelines, and coordinating with our internal team to convert leads into long-term clients.

This role is ideal for someone who understands agency services and knows how to pitch effectively in the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, shortlist, and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer .
  • Write personalized, compelling proposals aligned with client needs and our service offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of bids, client communications, and project outcomes.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize bidding strategies .
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports to track progress and ROI.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in bidding and lead generation on Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Strong English communication and proposal-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with creative and marketing services such as branding, website design, video editing, and digital marketing.
  • Proven record of winning projects or generating consistent leads .
  • Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRMs or spreadsheets for bid and lead tracking.
