Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Jasper Report Developer to design, develop, and maintain business-critical reports and dashboards using JasperReports v8.2 or above. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based reporting solutions, SQL, and database integration. You will need to understand complex business requirements and translate them into insightful, user-friendly reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain JasperReports, sub-reports, and dashboards using modern JasperReports features.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into precise technical specifications.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views to support reporting needs.
• Integrate JasperReports with Java applications and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure reports are accurate, efficient, and visually clear.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance, data accuracy, and formatting.
• Work closely with business analysts, DBAs, and application developers to deliver effective reporting solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for report designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest BI and reporting trends to recommend improvements and leverage new features.
