Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Executive responsible for identifying potential clients, driving outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for the sales / leadership team. This role is performance-driven with clear qualitative KPIs tied to lead quality, conversion efficiency, and communication discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured lead research through LinkedIn, databases, directories, and industry-specific sources.
  • Execute consistent cold calling, cold emailing, WhatsApp and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on ideal customer profile and internal guidelines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with relevant decision-makers.
  • Maintain updated lead records on CRM / Trello / trackers.
  • Share regular performance reports (daily / weekly / monthly as required).
  • Coordinate with the sales team for handovers, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong professional communication during all outreach.

Performance KPIs

1. Lead Quality Indicators

  • Leads must match ideal customer profile.
  • Lead data must be accurate, complete, and correctly formatted.
  • Leads should be relevant to the industry and target segments.
  • 2. Outreach Quality Indicators

  • Outreach must be consistent across all channels.
  • Communication tone should be professional and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Messages should follow approved scripts or frameworks.
  • Follow-up sequences must be completed on time.
  • 3. Appointment Setting Indicators

  • Appointments booked should be with genuine decision-makers or relevant stakeholders.
  • Meetings must be confirmed before handover to the sales team.
  • Appointment quality should lead to meaningful sales conversations.
  • 4. Reporting & Process Compliance

  • CRM / Trello updates must be maintained without backlog.
  • Daily activity logs and reports must be submitted on time.
  • Lead stages must be updated accurately across the funnel.
  • Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or appointment setting.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable with outbound communication and structured follow-ups.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and outreach platforms.
  • High ownership, discipline, and target-oriented approach.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, B2B services, or agency environments.
  • Strong research and documentation habits.
