Hiring : Sales Customer Support(Fresher / 6 Months – 1 Year Experience)

Party One is a fast-growing platform connecting customers with top-rated event services for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and more. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant sales team.

Location : Koramangala, Bangalore (On-site)

Type : Full-time | Entry-level

Working Days : 6 days / week (1 day rotational off)

Compensation : Competitive base salary + Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities :

• Convert incoming leads into successful bookings
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable event packages
• Coordinate between customers and vendors for smooth execution
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with undecided leads

Requirements :

✅ Good communication in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam)

✅ Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

✅ Empathy-driven approach to customer service

✅ Proactive and organized

Bonus Skills :

✨ Basic event management knowledge

✨ Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools
