Key Responsibilities

• Creative Ideation : Translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts and campaign ideas.
• Design Execution : Create engaging visuals for digital ads, social media creatives, websites, landing pages, presentations, and videos.
• Campaign Collaboration : Work closely with copywriters, art directors, motion designers, and marketing teams to build integrated campaigns.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Trend Awareness : Stay updated on design, advertising, and digital media trends to infuse fresh creativity.
• Quality Control : Review and refine designs created by junior designers to maintain high standards.
• Team Mentorship : Guide, inspire, and mentor junior designers / visualizers to grow their skills and creativity.
• Presentation : Confidently present concepts and creative directions to internal stakeholders and clients.
