Role : Outbound Sales Specialist Domestic Market
Location : Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (India-focused clients)
Industry : IT Services & Identify and engage Indian clients (enterprises, startups, IT firms) for staffing and IT services opportunities.
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Understand client requirements for technology staffing (contract, permanent, project-based).
- Collaborate with recruitment / delivery teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals within the domestic market.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and pipeline Skills :
- Proven experience in domestic IT staffing / services sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in the Indian market context.
- Familiarity with IT skillsets like Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.
- Hands-on with CRM and lead-generation Existing client network in Indian IT services / staffing ecosystem.
- Exposure to tender-based IT staffing opportunities Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of sales experience in domestic IT staffing / services.
