The Regional Manager West will lead sales business development and operations for the western region
driving revenue growth and ensuring smooth execution of rental and sales projects. The role requires a
strategic mindset strong leadership and a deep understanding of industrial and construction equipment
markets.
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify new business opportunities across rental and sales segments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key contractors infrastructure companies and
builders.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Operations & Execution
Oversee regional operations including deployment utilization and maintenance of equipment.
Ensure project timelines safety standards and service quality are consistently met.
Coordinate with internal departments (Finance Operations Manufacturing) to ensure customer
satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership
Lead mentor and develop the regional sales and operations teams.
Drive performance through clear KPIs and regular reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
