Role Description
We are looking for a driven HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience (including internships) who is passionate about building culture, managing people processes, and driving talent excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, hiring, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth coordination across functions — especially with Marketing, Branding, and Digital-First Consumer teams .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to hire for roles across digital, design, content, and growth functions .
- Source candidates effectively using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment databases or social platforms.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Assist in employee engagement , performance reviews, and policy implementation.
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Assist in internship hiring , training coordination, and onboarding programs.
