Position : Director – School of Computer Science & Engineering

Job Location : IILM University, Greater Noida Campus

IILM University, Greater Noida, is seeking a dynamic and experienced academic leader to serve as Director – School of Computer Science & Engineering.

Our School of Computer Science is a well-established, thriving academic unit with a large student body and a strong reputation for industry-aligned programs in AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. We are now looking for a leader who can take this momentum forward—enhancing academic excellence, deepening industry engagement, and expanding research impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide strategic and academic leadership to an established and growing school
Strengthen faculty development, research output, and global collaborations
Drive innovation in curriculum design and delivery
Build industry partnerships to support placements, internships, and experiential learning

Ideal Candidate Profile :

PhD in Computer Science or a related field

At least 20 years of experience in academia and / or the tech industry

Proven track record in academic administration, research, and curriculum leadership

Strong industry network and ability to align education with real-world applications

A passion for mentoring faculty and inspiring students
