The Capability Development professional will play a pivotal role in shaping Watertec’s talent and capability development agenda. The role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing learning and organizational development initiatives that build leadership strength, drive culture alignment, and enable future-ready performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Learning & Capability Development :
- Design and implement capability-building frameworks aligned with business priorities.
- Develop structured learning journeys for key roles and functions across the organization.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted learning interventions.
- Drive adoption of blended and digital learning platforms and assess learning impact using defined metrics.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of the learning calendar, communication, and reporting.
Organizational Development & Culture :
Support organizational effectiveness initiatives including talent reviews, competency frameworks, and succession planning.Facilitate team effectiveness, culture, and change management interventions.Conduct organizational diagnostics and engagement analyses to identify and act on improvement opportunities.Partner with HRBPs and leadership to strengthen managerial and leadership capability across levels.Talent Transformation Projects :
Co-own transformation projects focused on leadership, future skills, and organizational agility.Benchmark and introduce contemporary learning and OD practices from across industries.Use analytics and insights to measure development impact and continuously improve interventions.Support the L&D Head in building a sustainable learning ecosystem and talent pipeline.Qualifications & Experience :
Postgraduate in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.6–10 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or OD within a growing or transforming organization.Proven ability to design and deliver learning or change programs with measurable impact.Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.Exposure to digital learning tools and learning management systems preferred.Key Competencies :
