Job Description :

Handson design development and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform

ServiceNow implementation experience in HRSD modules configuring HR Services Record producer HR templates HR Criteria in the Lifecycle events module

Integration experience with 3rd party tools using Rest and SOAP protocols

Handson experience in creating Service Portal pages and widgets using AngularJS HTML and CSS

Good understanding of leveraging ServiceNow components including Script Includes client scripts UI Policies and business rules

Can troubleshoot basic configurationscript issues

Can demonstrate a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously

Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services

Exhibits punctual and attentive attendance at all project meetings including requirements review and validation sessions SCRUM ceremonies

Utilizes strong communication presentation and writing skills
