We are seeking a Senior Digital Ads Analyst to lead the optimisation of high-budget Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and sustained growth across our brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google & Meta platforms.
  • Analyse campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and product teams to align ad strategy with business goals.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ad account issues, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6+ years of experience managing large-scale Google & Meta ad campaigns.
  • Proven track record in scaling budgets while maintaining strong ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A / B testing and conversion optimisation.
  • Advanced knowledge of tracking, attribution models, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience in multi-market campaigns is a plus.
