About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to oversee day-to-day business operations, manage client relationships, and drive new business opportunities. The role requires balancing client servicing with business development while ensuring that recruitment mandates are executed and closed within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and service delivery.
Oversee ongoing recruitment projects and ensure closure of positions as per client requirements.
Coordinate with internal recruiters to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Generate new business opportunities by identifying prospects, networking, and pitching services.
Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close new client deals.
Provide regular reports on business performance, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company processes.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in recruitment agency operations, client servicing, or business development.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Negotiation and business development acumen.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with targets.

Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in tele-calling or recruitment. Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus). Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.) is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
