Creative Factory is hiring for Art Director

Location : Goregaon East

Experience : 7+ Years
Department : Creative / CG

We’re seeking an Art Director who can shape the visual language of our CG projects and lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class work.

What You’ll Do

Define the visual style and creative direction for all CG productions.

Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of CG artists.

Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Technical Supervisors to align art and production goals.

Create visual guidelines, style frames, and reference materials.

Review storyboards, layouts, and renders to ensure consistency and top-tier quality.

Partner with technical teams to enhance workflows and solve production challenges.

What You Bring

7+ years in CG / VFX / gaming / animation, with 3+ years in art direction or team leadership.

A strong portfolio showcasing artistic vision and CG expertise.

Mastery of industry-standard tools and deep understanding of the 3D production pipeline.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to balance creative ambition with deadlines and budgets.
