Telecaller – Roles and Responsibilities
Primary Role :
To contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products / services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Generate leads and maintain follow-up with interested clients.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Maintain call logs, records, and performance reports.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
- Meet daily / weekly / monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
- Coordinate with the sales or marketing team for lead conversion.

To act as the first point of contact for visitors and handle administrative and front-office support tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.Handle mail, courier, and deliveries.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, typing, data entry, and record maintenance.Provide information and support to visitors and staff when required.Coordinate with HR, Admin, or other departments for routine office activities.Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
