UI / UX Designer Lead

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer who can rapidly translate complex product requirements into user-friendly designs. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams and critically enhance user

satisfaction and business success through intuitive and scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX process for assigned projects, from concept to hand-off.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens using Figma.
• Develop interactive demos and UX walkthrough videos for stakeholders.
• Create clear and engaging presentations and visual storytelling using Canva and Figma's presentation features.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback iteratively.
• Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Support and collaborate with marketing on branding and visual consistency.
