Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AIDS Mentor located in Bengaluru. The AIDS Mentor will be responsible for conducting workshops, masterclasses, and boot camps to guide students in their job preparation. Day-to-day tasks include mentoring students, providing career advice, designing study plans, and helping students develop the necessary skills to succeed in job recruitment processes. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to student development and career readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Experience in conducting workshops, boot camps, and masterclasses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal and career guidance skills
• Ability to design customized study plans
• Commitment to helping students develop job-related skills
• Experience in the tech or education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Career Development, Psychology, or related field
