Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Jewellery Sales Associate. The Jewellery Sales Associate will assist customers in finding the perfect pieces, provide expert knowledge on jewelry design and trends, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining the display of jewelry, ensuring products are polished and ready to showcase, and staying up-to-date with fashion jewelry trends. In addition, the role involves participating in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry
• Strong Customer Service skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience or skills in Polishing and maintaining high-quality presentation of jewelry
• Interest or experience in Training to stay updated on trends and product knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for luxury goods and fine craftsmanship
• Previous sales experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector is a plus
