Identify potential opportunities with companies through research, referrals, networking and cold calling.

  • Initiate relationships with prospective clients by researching jobs and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders.
  • Present information related to recruiting and staffing services and utilize business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth.
  • Plan and prioritize activities based on and Experience :
  • 5+ years experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environment especially in technology.
  • Must have proven experience with cold calls, securing accounts, and account management.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • A bachelors degree is Solutions Expertise : In partnership with Client Partners, identify, create, and implement innovative marketing solutions specifically designed to achieve measurable business results for our clients.
  • Account Operations Oversight : Oversee internal account operations, including efficiently troubleshooting issues and managing account setup processes to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing service.
  • External Product Consultation : Serve as a knowledgeable external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on our product solutions and best practices.
  • Your goal will be to grow existing business partnerships through expert guidance.
  • Data Analysis & Strategy : Analyze complex data and insights to inform and guide the strategic development and implementation of client solutions.
  • Relationship Management : Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with key clients and agency partners (including media, creative, and marketing partners).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work and collaborate seamlessly with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Optimization Identification : Proactively identify optimization opportunities to continuously improve campaign performance and client outcomes.
  • Project Management : Take charge of project managing complex and dynamic work streams, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Outcome-Driven Advising : Be proficient in advising clients on solutions specifically designed to drive both brand building and performance-based Advertising Experience : Proven experience in digital advertising, whether gained on the agency, client, or ad platform Marketing Expertise : Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing and outcome-based advertising strategies.
