About the Role
The Growth Intern will support the expansion of Omysha Foundation’s initiatives by contributing to business development, strategic partnerships, outreach, and research. This role is ideal for individuals interested in AI, sustainability, mental well-being, governance, nonprofit development, and global impact. The intern will work closely with the Growth Team to identify collaboration opportunities, coordinate with external partners, and contribute to organisational growth strategies. This position demands strong ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to work comfortably in a dynamic and high-responsibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Outreach and Lead Research
Conduct research to identify high-potential academic, corporate, non-profit, and government partners.
Support lead generation for partnerships and collaborative opportunities.
Prepare outreach drafts, partner notes, and background briefs.
2. Partnership Development and Coordination
Assist in drafting, editing, and coordinating MoUs, proposals, and partner communication.
Maintain partnership tracking sheets and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support meeting scheduling and coordination with institutions, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Fundraising and CSR Pipeline Support
Research CSR prospects and donors aligned with program focus areas.
Maintain updated databases of CSR contacts and engagement records.
Assist in preparing pitch decks, capability notes, and donor proposals.
4. Program Growth Support (A4G and VONG)
Scout institutions and partners aligned with A4G and VONG program goals.
Assist in onboarding processes and communication with new partners.
Contribute to growth and scaling strategies for program expansion.
5. Event and Communication Support
Prepare meeting briefs, pitch materials, and background notes for key engagements.
Support event-related communication with speakers, partners, and governance stakeholders.
Assist with follow-ups for leads generated from events and outreach initiatives.
6. Internal Coordination and Documentation
Collaborate with internal teams working on partnerships, research, and communications.
Maintain documentation, reports, and tracking sheets.
Provide support in planning and execution of internal growth initiatives.
Duration
6 Months
Stipend
Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months
Rs. 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4, subject to a performance rating of 4 / 5 and above
Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4 / 5 and above
The above stipend amounts are applicable for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment.
