Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant
Location : India (Remote – Offshore for Australia client)
Experience : 6–10 years
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant to work with a leading healthcare client. The consultant will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education, ensuring alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements.
- Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
- Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient / Provider data models, and workflows.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features.
- Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
- Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.
