Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Admin & HR Manager at Global Homes Infra. The Admin & HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative and human resources operations. Key responsibilities include recruitment processes, employee onboarding and engagement, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, and handling day-to-day office operations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth office and HR activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations
  • Strong Administrative and Organizational Skills to manage office operations
  • Experience in Policy Development, Compliance, and Risk Mitigation
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in HR and office management software
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working in the real estate or property management sector is an advantage
