Senior Business Analyst ((For Webex to MS Teams Migration project))

Requirement :

Excellent communication skills are needed.

Experience with M365 collaboration tools

Experience with collaboration platforms (Webex, Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.)

Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams features and workflows

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Ability to manage stakeholder expectations across large user groups

Proficiency with Excel, Visio / Miro, and project management tools

Experience supporting IT transformation or migration projects

About the job :

We need to look for a strong Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise migration from Webex to Microsoft Teams, working across discovery, requirements gathering, user mapping, process documentation, migration readiness, communication planning, and post-migration adoption.

This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams (Teams Architect, Migration Engineers, DevOps), and end-users to ensure a smooth migration experience for 20,000+ users and 200+ collaboration groups.
